A new project currently moving forward is the major refurbishment of a historically listed victorian baronial country house and estate buildings. This magnificent home has been in only two ownerships since built. Our clients propose major alterations and improvements to the house and all ancillary estate buildings to ensure it will become an inviting and intimate home for their young family for many years to come. Perth & Kinross Council with Historic Scotland are supportive of the sensitive alterations which we expect an approval and site start in January.
Edinburgh Academy Boarding Houses
Our client has recently taken possession of two historically listed boarding houses that have sadly been allowed to fall into a state of dilapidation. Planning applications have now been approved to restore these into two magnificent 5000 ftsq family homes with a new build four storey 4000 ftsq town house with lift built in between. Works should begin on site in November.

Cottage, Dirleton
