We strongly encouraged Aaron and Jenifer Kennedy to acquire this apartment overlooking the Royal and Ancient Golf Club House and Old Course, St Andrews.
They did, and our brief was to create a stunning apartment by combining three rooms to form a spacious, open plan, kitchen living space with balcony overlooking the 18th green.
In addition we encouraged our client to create a third attic bedroom with en-suite with a new staircase access achieved by partially dropping the ceiling height and introducing new windows.
We are as thrilled as our client and most certainly covet this flat, which must be one of the most attractive and best located in St Andrews and where significant value has been added in every sense.
