Lucy Grant

Lucy joined the practice for her Part I placement after completing her Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture at Queen’s University Belfast. She is particularly interested in sustainable adaptive reuse and conservation, exploring how existing buildings can be thoughtfully transformed to meet contemporary needs while retaining their character, history, and embodied value.

Lucy supports the team across a range of private residential projects, contributing from initial concepts and planning applications through to detailed construction drawings. She enjoys responding creatively to existing buildings, developing design solutions that enhance their character and extend their lifespan, and works collaboratively with the team to produce drawings and visualisations that communicate ideas clearly.

Outside the studio, Lucy enjoys going to the gym, competing in triathlons, and travelling to places that inspire her approach to architecture.
